Cancellation Policy

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Appointment will be CANCELLED after 15 minutes of being late. Deposits are deducted from the balance. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable
